EROTICSIGNATURE.COM (The "Website") holds an online erotic art competition that allows our members to compete for prizes and awards by uploading their artwork to be viewed and voted on by our panel of professional jurors, and other members (the viewer's choice award). All Opt-in members can network with other artists and members, as well as find and communicate with other organizations/companies involved in the world of erotic art. The parent company in charge of the Website is EROTIC SIGNATURE, LLC ("ES"). Erotic Signature, LLC is proud to be creating the world's largest erotic art competition, furthering the cause and exposing the enormous oracle of talent in many cases still uncharted. This is a worldwide competition with strong participation from USA, Asia, Europe and Africa.

Overall privacy statement
ES cares deeply about your online privacy. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we want to help you understand the policies surrounding the collection and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses the types of information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it. Member's profile information including members' pictures and personal information can be made public by that member only for other members to see in order to facilitate user interaction in the ES networking community. There, members will have the option of revealing whatever personal information they would like to share with other members, including but not limited to their artist names, nicknames, full names, special skills and talents, as well as their emails, websites, etc...

ES may also use a user's email address to send a newsletter. Users may choose not to receive email of this type by changing their "notification" setting to "Do not send me notification emails" in the user "Account Settings". This opt-out option is not applicable to updates to the website and news regarding our services.

From time to time, Eroticsignature.com or a partner may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on the website. Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. 2. What is ES' practice regarding cookies?

Eroticsignature.com is NOT directed to anyone under the age of 18 or the minimum age required in certain communities to view adult oriented websites.
