By using the ES Website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). Photo and posting policy.

2. Any works that include references to minors or animals, or violence.

   • Max 900 pixels on either side at 72dpi;
   • Less than 750kb
5. Images or artwork with any information included or embedded overtly large in them, including but not limited to artist names, nicknames, e-mail addresses, web addresses or telephone numbers.

You agree that you are not entitled to any refund if your artwork is deleted for the reasons just stated. ES may allow you to upload a replacement picture on a case by case basis, but it is not guaranteed that you will be able to replace your image if you do not follow the above policy.
